In a recent independent customer satisfaction poll, Artistic Pools was once again identified as a Consumers’ Choice Award ™ recipient in the category of Custom Swimming Pools for Business Excellence in Atlanta. The company was one of 120 businesses identified in the retail, service and business-to-business sectors to receive the 2007 Consumers’ Choice Award for Business Excellence.  Artistic Pools received this prestigious award for the first time in 2000.

Over 4,000 people in Atlanta were randomly selected by Survey Sampling International, a third party independent research firm to participate in the survey to identify the best businesses in the market.

ABOUT THE CONSUMER CHOICE AWARD

The CONSUMERS’ CHOICE AWARD™ is the largest business award program of its kind in North America. Award recipients reflect a broad spectrum of business enterprises providing product and service to the general public and business community in Metro Atlanta.

The CONSUMERS’ CHOICE AWARD™ is an initiative of CONSUMERS’ CHOICE INSTITUTE which has retained a leading independent research firm to conduct surveys in major North American cities. It is unique in that winners are determined by consumers and not by a panel of judges. The survey covers a broad range of industry categories of interest to the public and to the business community. Its purpose is to publicly identify businesses which have been voted by consumers as being their choice for excellence.

The CONSUMERS’ CHOICE AWARD is a prestigious tribute to business excellence and is becoming an important institution on the North American business scene. It has gained the support of both government and business leaders.

Each year a commissioned research company conducts an open-ended survey among two major groups of consumers; The general public and the business community Consumers are asked “...which business is your choice for excellence in each category? Please consider the elements of quality, service, value and appearance”. Survey respondents may identify up to two of their favorite companies per category.

At minimum, one winner is declared per industry category. Where survey results warrant, up to three award recipients may be identified per category.
