Atlanta, GA., May 15, 2007 --- Ron Coker Jr., the President and Chief Operating Officer of Atlanta based Artistic Pools, Inc. was recently designated as a CBP Certified Building Professional^® from the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP). He was awarded an official certificate on March 21, 2007 for successfully completing the third level of the comprehensive program and achieving the CBP designation. Coker is only one of five builders in Georgia to earn this certification. The APSP organization is the leading trade association in the pool and spa industry.

The program is designed to further the knowledge and skills of pool and spa building professionals. Pool and spa building professionals who complete each of the three levels of the comprehensive program are nationally registered with The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals, the headquarters of which is based in Alexandria, Virginia. Artistic Pools is a long-time supporter and member of The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals.

Ron Coker Jr. was named President and Chief Operating Officer of the company in February 2006. He joined Artistic Pools Inc. full time in 1992 after graduating from the University of Georgia and worked in all facets of the company from construction, to service, to sales and design. In 2000, he became Vice President and a stockholder.
